Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product ordered.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 5-15 business days
- Canada: 7-20 business days
- International: 10-25 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Avumelle is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances outside of our control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment. Additional fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Avumelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at avumelle@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
